With our store hopefully opening in the next few days, Melanie and I wanted to put up all of Melanie Lynn Design’s general policies to clear up any confusion on the retail side of things. This information will remain up as a reference, and if any subsequent changes are made, we will notify everyone via this blog.
Items will be shipped, whenever possible, the next business day after their order.
We will always contact you ASAP to let you know when the item will be shipped. Items are shipped USPS at this time.
Shipping is free.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. Exchanges are welcome. Refunds are only offered if there is an error on our part or if an item arrives broken. If an item is faulty you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item for a refund/exchange.
Refunds will not be given without prior written consent.
Melanie Lynn Design, LLC cannot be held responsible for lost packages. With regards to international mailing, customs seem to have been moving very slow lately, especially going through Royal Mail to the UK. Your patience and understanding is appreciated on international orders.
There are no returns or exchanges on custom items. Please consider this when ordering a custom item.

If you have a query regarding your order, please email the date of purchase and the item(s) purchased. This makes things much easier for everyone.
If your purchase is a gift and you would like to exclude the price from the invoice, just let us know.
